Twenty-nine hours of "hands-on" instruction with no more than four students per boat. Our comprehensive course includes six 3½-hour lessons and an all-day skipper sail, covering: safety, seamanship, tides and currents, rules of the road, tacking, jibing, points of sail, heavy weather reefing and man-overboard recovery techniques.    We guarantee you will be able to charter boats single-handedly by the completion of this course as long as no more than two weeks have passed between each class .

Classes are held 7 days a week (am & pm), and we can work around complicated schedules. Enthusiastic instructors and our relaxed atmosphere make for a great sailing experience.

PERFORMANCE SAILING CLINICS FOR ADVANCED SAILORS
Each clinic concentrates on one advanced sailing subject.
These include: spinnaker, heavy weather, night sailing, sail shape and trim, and learn to race clinic. Clinics are held on J-24s.

Each 3 Hour Lesson (maximum 4 people) is $126 Per Person.

US SAILING BASIC CRUISING CERTIFICATION Learn More
After mastering the fundamentals of keelboat sailing, these clinics cover the fundamentals of big-boat handling. It includes "hands-on" experience on 35 foot yachts with wheel and inboard diesel engines. Special attention is given to anchoring and mooring, diesel engines and motoring (backing and filling), basic electronics, heavy weather jibing and helm, roller furling jibs, and boat balancing with sails.

The program consists of four 4-hour lessons aboard one of our 30+ ft cruising boats .

PRIVATE LESSONS OR CHARTER
For those with irregular schedules or simply desiring private instruction, we offer three-hour classes by appointment, seven days a week, at any level. This is also a great way to be checked out on special San Francisco Bay conditions or just go for that special sail.
